Our policy regarding returns is guided by the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993) and the Fair Trading Act. If our good(s) do not meet a consumer guarantee, we will always meet our obligations to provide a solution.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we generally can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, please discuss with us and we may be able to provide you with a credit note, on a case by case basis, for up to 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7A Wanstead Way, Mangere Town Centre. You may also bring the goods directly to this address between 1000 and 1600 hrs , Mon to Fri.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you had “Free Delivery” included in your transaction, this will not apply to the return and we will charge you the standard shipping charge (see our standard charges in the Shipping section). However, if you a further order with us, we can include the exchanged product with the new order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that all Credit Card payments can only be refunded to the original card that was used for paying for the transaction.

We aim to process any refunds with 2 working days. However, the refund may not show in your account immediately after that. If you have not received your refund by 5 working, please inform us on the email provided below.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
